Cold Calling Specialist (USA/Canada Market)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Cold Calling Specialist to join our sales team and drive lead generation in the USA and Canada markets. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, introducing our services to potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for the sales team.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work independently while achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in the USA and Canada markets.
  • Clearly communicate company services, value proposition, and offerings.
  • Qualify leads, collect relevant information, and update CRM records.
  • Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture them through the pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or B2B lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong listening ability and objection-handling techniques.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working during USA/Canada business hours.
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, spreadsheets, email).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the IT, digital marketing, or SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs).
  • Prior experience in international calling (North America).
